The Kinston/Lenoir County Parks and Recreation Department serves the citizens of Kinston and Lenoir County. We hope to offer every citizen the opportunity to belong, to achieve, to develop skills and to receive recognition and status. In pursuit of that goal, the Parks & Recreation Department is soliciting feedback on the overall citizen experience in regards to parks, facilities, activities, and programs.

The Administrative Office will be closed on Monday, 12/25/2017; Tuesday, 12/26/2017; Wednesday, 12/27/2017; and Monday, 01/01/2018 in observance of the holidays.
Youth Basketball Registration is now closed. Late registrations must be completed at the Recreation Department (located upstairs at Woodmen Community Center). Late registrations will be placed on a waiting list.
